Looking for a meaningful way to help people on a part time basis? Join the Meals on Wheels Program! Community Action is looking for regular and substitute food deliverers to bring meals to seniors in the Ashtabula, Conneaut/ Geneva-and Jefferson areas. Volunteers are also needed in the program! Must have dependable vehicle, be insurable and pass background check and drug test.

Full-time (40 hrs) Part Year (42 weeks). Provide a successful, safe and supervised educational setting for children, promote the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children, and encourage parent involvement in all aspects of the program. Develop individual goals for children, provide continuous assessment on progress and facilitate transition into kindergarten. Prefer Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education or related or qualifying field, Associate degree in Early Childhood Education with minimum of 27 credit hours in Early Childhood Education .

Regular, Full-Time. Provide services to families with pregnant moms, infants, toddlers, or preschoolers by providing and encouraging developmental educational activities appropriate to the child’s ability, interests, and family customs. Act to ensure that the child and his or her family receives all services available to Head Start families by assisting families to assess their strengths and needs, by supporting parent developed goals and by providing information appropriate to direct service or referral.

Responsible for all functions within the Health and Nutrition Services Division, particularly as related to grant applications, budget design, service provision, and all aspects of future program development and implementation.
*Candidate must be a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietician Nutritionist (RDN).
*Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with children and families or commensurate HFA experience.
*Administrative experience in human services or related field, including experience in quality assurance and continuous quality improvement.
*Demonstrated ability to administer program and manage diverse personnel with humility. Must be able to plan/implement/assess diverse programs and possess proficient oral and written communication skills.
*Willingness to engage in building reflective practice (e.g., capacity for introspection, communicating awareness of self in relation to others, recognizing value of supervision, etc.)
