Regular, Full-time. Prepares delicious meals for seniors enrolled in the Meals on Wheels and Senior Dining programs. Also prepares and serves delicious food to the public at the Village Table Café and other catered events. Supports the operations of an efficient kitchen, providing high quality meals in accordance with established standards of nutrition, health and sanitation.

The Energy Program Specialist performs clerical functions that support the Energy Assistance Programs. They may schedule appointments; screen applicants for eligibility for ACCAA services; perform intake, outreach, referral and follow-up activities for elderly, disabled, and low-income populations in any of the program sites as needed. Work is subject to checks and controls. Will sometimes be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays and respond to crisis’s.

Looking for a meaningful way to help people on a part time basis? Join the Meals on Wheels Program! Community Action is looking for regular and substitute food deliverers to bring meals to seniors in the Ashtabula, Conneaut/ Geneva-and Jefferson areas. Volunteers are also needed in the program! Must have dependable vehicle, be insurable and pass background check and drug test.

Provide a successful, safe and supervised educational setting for children, promote the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children, and encourage parent involvement in all aspects of the program. Develop individual goals for children, provide continuous assessment on progress and facilitate transition into kindergarten. Prefer Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education or related or qualifying field, Associate degree in Early Childhood Education with minimum of 27 credit hours in Early Childhood Education .

Provide services to families with pregnant moms, infants, toddlers, or preschoolers by providing and encouraging developmental educational activities appropriate to the child’s ability, interests, and family customs.
