Refrigerator Replacement Program
The Refrigerator replacement program is available to those with working refrigerators that meter as high-energy or those with refrigerators that do not work. You must have a refrigerator currently to receive a new one.
Replacement Refrigerators will be energy efficient. This program aims to reduce energy consumption and utility bills for low-income individuals and families.
