Summer Crisis Program- Not available at this time
The Summer Crisis Program provides a benefit once per cooling season for income eligible household’s electric bill, and/or for the purchase of fans or air conditioners. The program generally runs from July 1st through September 30th.
Eligibility
Income eligible households may qualify if they also meet one or more of the following...
- Individuals age 60 or older.
- Documented medical condition verified by a licensed medical professional.
- First Percentage of Income Payment Plan Plus (PIPP) or PIPP default.
- Electric bill disconnect notice, has been shut off, or new electric service is being established.

Pre-scheduled phone appointment–
All required documents must be received prior to your scheduled telephone appointment
Pre-scheduled in-person appointment–
Documents may be submitted prior to arriving at the office, or you may bring them with you to your appointment (Select “person-to-person” when making your appointment)
Walk-Ins–
