Ashtabula County Cribs for Kids Program
Ashtabula County Community Action Agency is piloting a program to provide eligible households with cribs in partnership with the Cribs for Kids Program and the Ohio Department of Development. Funds are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis.
To be eligible, households must:
- Be Ashtabula County resident(s)
- Income qualify - be 200% of the Federal Poverty Level or below
- Have a pregnant person or infant under the age of 1 in your household
- Complete safe sleep training
Households in need who are enrolled in Head Start, WIC, Home Visiting, or the Dragon Empowerment Center (DEC) can reach out to each program to learn more. Or, you can dial 2-1-1 or email cribs@accaa.org.
Thank you to our partners, Cribs for Kids and the Ohio Department of Development. All approved households will receive a Crib kit from Cribs for Kids thanks to the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG).
