Where are you located?
We have services and programs in several buildings, you can see our buildings on the "About Us"- "Locations" page. The easiest way to find out which of these buildings would have the program you are looking for, is to just dial 2-1-1.
What are your hours?
In general we are open from 8:00 am- 4:30 pm, however, some of our programs may have different hours. The best way to find out if we are open is to call the program directly or dial 2-1-1.
Do I need an appointment?
Most of our programs require an appointment so we can make sure you will be able to be seen. Specific programs, such as our energy assistance programs, may have walk-in times to accommodate urgent situations. To find out if an appointment is required, and the process for scheduling, call the program directly or just dial 2-1-1.
What if I don't have all of my documentation?
We need to have all of the required documentation per our program guidelines to process your application. If you do not have a specific document, call the program or dial 2-1-1 as soon as possible...they may be able to provide guidance on how to obtain the missing information.
I have gotten assistance from Community Action but I still need help. What can I do?
Sometimes we can provide further assistance, it depends on the regulations of the specific program. If you are still in need of help, contact 2-1-1 they can offer additional resources that may be available to assist you.
