Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP)
The Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) is a new program designed to assist income eligible households who have been disconnected, have a disconnection notice, need to establish new service, or need to pay for transfer of service for their water and our waste water service. LIHWAP can assist Ohioans at or below 175% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines (FPG).
All applicants are required to meet with an Energy Specialist to complete their application process and may do so by walking in at 4200 State Road or by scheduling an appointment.
