Ashtabula County Community Action Agency is happy to announce our upcoming '2-1-1 Keys to Community' event! This is a free quarterly event that highlights 2-1-1 Ashtabula County and four other local programs. This quarter we will be holding the event at the Ashtabula County District Library on February 15th from 9:30am to 11:00am.
As always, this is a two-part event. Part one is an introduction to 2-1-1 Ashtabula County, our local information and referral service. 2-1-1 Ashtabula County is a three-digit number that anyone can call. Callers will be connected to a live operator who will provide information about local community resources. Our operators connect people with utility assistance programs, food banks, and housing resources every day.
Part two highlights four resources from our 2-1-1 Ashtabula County resource database. For this event we will be having speakers from Catholic Charities, H2O Missions, Ashtabula County Emergency Management Agency, and the Ashtabula County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board. Each of these programs will give a short presentation about what local resources they offer.
