Full-time, Exempt. Ensure the development, oversight and application in the Senior and Community Programs, follow the Agency mission, policies, goals and objectives and advises Executive Director of such. Responsible for completion of program(s) budget(s). Ability to assess local anti-pove1ty and Senior needs, plan programs to meet needs, locate funding source(s) and write grants. Plans, directs and coordinates activities of designated project(s) and/or program(s) and assures they are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through appropriate supervisors. Any combination of training and work experience which indicates possession of the knowledge, skills and abilities to ensure and sustain the success of the assigned project/programs, listed as follows: Completion of a college education with a bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in Social Services, Business Administration, or a related discipline in a community services organization or an equivalent combination of training and/or experience. The Executive Director ensures the development, oversight, and application of the ACCAA mission, policies, goals and objectives in the areas of finance, personnel, programs, services, community relations and facility maintenance. They ensure compliance with applicable local, state and federal standards, regularly updates the Board of Directors, and plans the direction of the Agency.

Regular, Full-time- Provide family-centered services using an evidence-based parenting education curriculum to families determined eligible for the Help Me Grow Home Visiting program in their homes. High school diploma or equivalent required to work with Help Me Grow families. Must obtain and maintain HMG and HFA credentials. Must complete all trainings required by the Ohio Department of Health and Healthy Families America to work as a Home Visitor and maintain eligible status.

Regular, Part-Time (12-15 hours per week), Part-Year- Certified Teacher for Upper DEC Dragon PLUS Afterschool Program, a youth program committed to providing academic and enrichment activities to students of the AACS District. The Certified Teacher is responsible for the quality of the afterschool curriculum and ensuring Upper DEC Dragon PLUS Team understands and implements lessons and learning activities accordingly. Must be certified in at least one subject within the grade band (grades 9-12).

Regular, Part-Time (18 hours per week), Part-Year- Upper DEC Dragon PLUS Coach for a youth program committed to providing academic and enrichment activities to students of the AACS District. The PLUS Coach is responsible for oversight of the classroom, instructing or assisting students as needed, ensuring students are meeting goals, maintaining discipline, and assisting in the evaluation of the student’s progress. Provides input on implementation of the afterschool programs and services. This position assists any volunteers and consultants who work in the afterschool program.

Provide a successful, safe and supervised educational setting for children, promote the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children, and encourage parent involvement in all aspects of the program.
